Contact support@aiproductvideo.net for help with local previews, upload errors, templates or policy questions. Include the page URL, browser, device type and a short description of the issue.
02Upload troubleshooting
Use a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 10 MB with a longest side of at least 512 pixels. A clear source above 1024 pixels usually gives you more detail to inspect. Try a built-in sample to distinguish an image-file issue from a browser issue.
03What is available now
You can explore templates, use local motion previews, save draft settings and review proposed plans. AI generation, Google login, credit purchases and MP4 export are not connected in this release.
04Keep private information safe
Do not email passwords, API keys or payment card details. If you send a screenshot, remove any unrelated private information first. We do not promise a response time until a staffed support schedule is in place.
