Credits, counted honestly
A standard clip is planned at 10 credits (short duration, 720p/1080p test combinations). If a higher-cost format opens, it shows its own credit price before you submit — plan pages will never imply every mode costs the minimum.
When credits expire
Subscription credits arrive each billing cycle and expire with it. One-time pack credits are planned to stay valid for 365 days, stated before purchase. Oldest-expiring credits are consumed first.
If generation fails
A confirmed technical failure returns the reserved generation credits to your balance. Style or preference dissatisfaction follows a separate quality-support policy — the two are never mixed.
Annual billing, shown in full
Annual plans bill the full year at once ($190 / $390) and release credits monthly — never twelve months at once. The yearly total is always displayed next to the monthly equivalent.
